Confidence affects your entire life Your entire life affects confidence


Confidence is one of the key factors of your mood, which affects many other parts of your Balanced System.

For example, in professional sports, psychological techniques are often used to develop confidence and calmness for maximum athletic performance. The same applies to your daily fitness activities.

Also, this factor is closely related to other elements of the mood. Calm, cool energy is based on your confidence and piece of mind. Optimism, mental clarity, and self-discipline often require confidence and calmness to be present.

But the biggest impact that confidence and calmness has is on achieving your goals. For example, a self-confident and relaxed person is more likely to create or improve his or her relationships and sexuality by being more attractive.

This also helps in your social life. Often, confident and calm people command greater respect and authority and others are always happy to see such people in a company. Also, having confidence and calmness is very helpful in building a positive, strong relationship with your kids and your whole family.

As we said, your attractiveness, which is in particular based on your confidence and calmness, has a strong influence on your education and career. Naturally, if you have confidence and calmness, then your chances of success in these areas increase significantly.

 

What affects your confidence and calmness?

As discussed in other modules, the factors of your physical foundation have a very strong influence. Proper fitness, nutrition, sleep and rest, as we were talking about earlier, have a direct and strong impact on your confidence and calmness both via hormones and through achieving results in this and other parts of the system.

If you feel attractive, if you have success in your career and relationships, if you have stable, positive relationships with friends, family and your kids, and especially if you self-realize, then all of these factors will have a huge positive impact on your confidence and calmness.

 

As you recall, we discussed developing and reinforcing positive feedback loops throughout your Balanced System and chopping off negative ones.

What are these negative feedback loops?

If, for example, you have problems in your education or career, your finances, and your relationships, you will often become a more nervous person because of your diminished confidence.

Or problems in your physical foundation might occur, and because of the stress, you may overeat or begin to suffer from insomnia, which will also negatively influence your attractiveness, and as a consequence, your work and finances will also suffer.

 

How do you cut the negative feedback loop?

First, if you see this negative feedback loop and you can control it, then this is already a big step towards its elimination.

Second, right hormones will help you. Apart from the hormones of happiness, there are also the stress hormones, including cortisol, which raise because of the negative feedback loop and consequent stress.

One of the most effective ways to lower the levels of cortisol in your body is to participate in active exercise, as well as get enough sleep and rest, which we discussed in earlier modules. In this case, the negative feedback is cut, the problem can be isolated, and your confidence and calmness can be restored.
