Mental clarity affects your entire life Your entire life affects mental clarity

There are many books, tools and training programs that promote the idea that to think and to analyze is harmful. Maybe they do it with a good purpose; for example, they may encourage you not to bother with analyzing things to help you quickly make a choice.

But we are opposed to this approach. Humans in the first place are different from animals because of our ability to think and reason. All of human civilization has been built by intelligent people, those who use their logic and reason to develop science, technology, medicine, philosophy, and much more. If all of us disconnected our consciousness, we would live in a completely different condition, much like animals. We are against disabling the brain and consciousness for the sake of anyone or anything.

Of course, humans are emotional beings. Do not fear displays of emotion and do not suppress them. But at the same time, it is important to strike a balance between emotion and intellect. Intelligence is not to interfere with the emotions and vice versa. It is necessary not only to cultivate them separately, but also to see how they can help each other.

Yes, people who question everything and over-analyze things can be miserable. A happy person can imagine something and set himself of herself in a positive mood, not bothering with analysis. A smart person can be unhappy because he or she analyzes too much.

But if your have a clear conscience, and you can understand the real essence of things, then everything is in your hands and you can be much happier.

If you imagine yourself as a newborn baby, then your imagination will be spread widely for a variety of different options and alternatives of your life. And in the end, you will choose what is really the best, focus on it, align yourself accordingly, and do what is necessary with a clear, bright mind and bright intelligence. And then you will be consciously happy, not due to some drug-like pumping of your emotions.

If you know what to do, you can set the right goals and achieve them, which determines your whole life. First of all, we're talking not only about the effect of mental clarity on some specific elements of the system, but also about how it impacts your whole system and your whole strategy.

Your life is the result of your decisions, both large and small. The way you make those decisions and which goals you set for yourself shapes your life.

In addition, mental clarity affects many specific elements of your Balanced System. If your mind is clear and you can clearly see the probability of success, which we discussed in the module about confidence, and if you clearly recognize the elements that we discussed the module about optimism, then this knowledge will help you achieve success. It also helps you discipline yourself. Mental clarity often helps to live in an enlightened way in terms of spirituality (whether religious or personal/non-religious).

Intelligent people with a clear conscience are more attractive both in their relationships and in their social life.

And, of course, people with a bright mind and a clear head will perform better in their education and career, thus having a positive impact on their financial situation.

Also, importantly, a clear conscience helps you to make decisions about possessions. This gives you the opportunity to reasonably approach expenses and your way to financial independence. As you can see, mental clarity is a very powerful tool.

Also, a key factor in fighting aging is actively using your brain every day. Large-scale studies on this subject show that the active use of your brain fights both physical and mental aging. So, if you do not want to lose your memory when you become old and fall into insanity, and if you want to avoid many age-related diseases, then follow these recommendations.

Additional studies suggest that the brain is actively working as a large consumer of calories (more than 20 percent of your calorie consumption). If you care about this issue, think not only about exercise and nutrition, but also about how make your brain work actively.

What elements affect mental clarity? As with all elements of attitude, physical factors (fitness, food, sleep and rest) have a huge impact on your mental clarity, creating proper hormonal balance. Good health in general and in particular avoiding various drugs that cloud your mind also affect this element of the system. Disciplined, energetic and positive states also lead to increased mental clarity.

In order to pass through a deliberate process of change and improve your life, it is necessary to have a properly working brain. Of course, positive attitude is important, but for this, perhaps the most important, process in your life, do ensure mental clarity.

In addition to proper hormonal balance, we need knowledge, education, and open-mindedness.

So, what else do you need to do to develop mental clarity?
