What Time and Effort is Required
We are sure that you do not believe in myths that it is possible to really change your life in only 20 minutes, 2 hours or 2 days. All that is possible to reach in such a short time is a temporary surge in emotions, such as a euphoric or motivated state of mind, but not real results.
Your life is a very complex and very important issue. If you want to reach real, long-term results, time and effort is required for the following:
- Gaining necessary knowledge. From our experience, even the most educated people lack knowledge in many areas of their own lives.
- Gathering information, analyzing it, and making thought through and heartfelt decisions defining your life for decades to come.
- Development of necessary habits and routines.
- Actual actions toward achieving your goals.
If speaking about the Balanced System (improvement of your current life), it's a matter of your investing several hours or days in understanding and preparation, and then 10-20 minutes a day in system maintenance. Certainly, the return only in terms of time will exceed your investment many times. But your complete life transformation will be a far more important result.
Creative Breakthrough (radical change of the whole life model) can also take certain days in your life. But as a result of this process, you can considerably change your entire life (in the direction that you may not even guess now). And then many things that occupy your life now may simply disappear.
Luckily, all of these efforts together do not exceed an average subject in high school or a course at college. And certainly, unlike a subject at school or college, this process will bring much more significant results; it will define your life now and for decades to come.
If you think that you don't have enough time for this process, then consider what currently takes time in your life and to what extent it's more or less important than your entire life.
